Dark Side of the Sun
The extraordinarily good weather in recent days and weeks has given almost everyone a boost. The feel-good factor from long, hot summer days is obvious from the smiles on people’s faces and the general atmosphere of bonhomie.
The gorgeous weather in June made life much more pleasant for the vast majority of people, but without wishing to rain on any parades, there is also a serious side to the recent heatwave. There is no getting away from the fact that this is the third significant weather phenomenon that the country has experienced in just nine months.
